Yeah, most of the above are familiar, though I think in general pedestrians are more likely than drivers to pick up a conversation with a cyclist. A couple additions:
I get "nice bike!" quite a bit, but I think it's facetious; a tall man on a folding bike with 16" wheels looks a bit comical. I also get "cool bike," though, which I think is more genuinely complimentary.
I've had drivers yell out my speed a few times, which I take as a compliment if it's a respectable speed.
