I don't have much, maybe 1.5 or 2 inches, but I'm a special circumstance. I'm 5'4 about 145. All torso. Both times I've been fitted the fitter has actually raised my bars. He made an interesting point. Even when I'm on the tops or hoods because of my size I'm usually lower than an "avg" rider in the drops. He likes to say I'm naturally aero haha. So, i don't have a lot but I can get pretty damn low. Bike is a custome Tsunami and I'm running a 120 stem
