In cycling is there such collective bargaining? Is there such a unionesque shield from the whims of testing and sponsor pressure? Each cyclist is left to hang in the breeze when the deal goes down.
One of the major problems that cycling has is that pro cyclists have virtually no rights as employees. There's the CPA, but it's all but powerless.
