McMaster-Carr only sells stainless tamper resistant fasteners in inch sizes, but they'll happily sell you the tap to make them fit into your braze-ons, too...

They sell just about everything I need (and I probably average $10,000 a year with them at work) - it flummoxes me that they don't have metric stainless tamper-resistant stuff.
