1)Buy a cog to thread onto your freewheel hub
2)Thread on a bottom bracket lockring onto the hub
3)Rotafix the cog to the tightest
4)Use red Loctite to hold the lockring and cog in place
They are called suicide hubs, look it up on Sheldon's site or do a search on here.
