I've dealt with people's software problems for no-where as long, so I do understand where you are coming from.

But how people present their problems is another problem try to solve!

Note that all that I expect is just some small effort. "little gearing issues" is no effort at all.

(In my job, all I want people to do is just send the error message they are reading!)
