So today (Memorial Day) at noon I start inline skating from the North entrance (Harvard Road) South. I got about 3 miles when it started to rain. Well we do a lot of sailboating and the sky did not look like a storm sky. Spent about 15 minutes under the covered bridge thing. When the rain eased a bit, I started back but that was a false hope. The rain turned into a storm with lightning all around me. It's hard to inline on a wet path so I was at a slow jog speed and it took a long time to get to the entrance. Hopped into the car and went home. Less than 2 &1/2 miles West, totally dry roads.
