Chainring!

So in a couple threads I have recently been talking about chainring tension and chainring un-roundness.

I have an old Crank set (sugino maxy) and as near as I can tell, the chainring is making my life difficult.

It seems it's too tight in it's tightest spot and very loose on the opposite. Now I can get a decent compromise, but It makes it really difficult to get the right tension whenever I have to change a tube.

I have a nice Soma 18t 1/8 cog in the back and a 1/8 chain. I wasn't able to 'properly' measure my BCD, but comparing it with my girlfriend's crank, I am faily confident that it is 110mm.

The problem is, I can't seem to find a 52t 1/8 chainring with 110BCD.

I would prefer not to spend a lot of money. and I would prefer not to have to buy a new smaller rear cog in order to keep the same gear.

So, my question is, where can I find Decently priced chainrings of the above specification?
