I have a set of Easton EA90 SLs and also a set of custom wheels from Psimet: Kinlin XR-270 24-spoke front, XR-300 28-spoke rear, DT Comp spokes, brass nipples, PowerTap rear hub, White Industries front. In terms of ride quality the Psimet wheels are stiff! Which is to say: you feel every rock, pebble, and grain of sand that passes underneath the tire. The EA90s are a bit lighter and a fraction less stiff; overall, they're a more comfortable wheel to ride.
