I carry this on my handlebars. NYC police strength stuff and a great deterrent to both dogs and people.
A shot of it would have dropped that guy onto his knees and would have prevented or reduced the violence.
I'm surprised someone in the group didn't have some or a pistol since Florida is a "must issue" concealed carry state.
