Parts should be compatible. Both appear to use 1 1/8" threadless headsets, assuming you're getting the matched fork.

The Pake frame actually looks like a substantial downgrade at the end of the day. It's straight-gauge CrMo vs tripple-butted on the Dawes. The Pake is almost certainly a good bit heavier.
