I couldn't find any specs on your wheels when I googled them but if you know the inner width of your rim, you can sufficiently tell what tire size is appropriate.
My rims have a 16.3mm inside width and some charts say no skinnier than 25c while others say no skinnier than 23c.
My bike came with 28c and I put on 23c. No problems yet after about 150 miles.

What the charts give are just recommendations so depending on your riding style you should choose your tire.
I ride my fixie as if it were a road bike. (as in i rarely jump down curbs and generally pamper it) This riding style allows me to run skinny tires without fear of pinch flats.
If you bunny hop your bike or are generally rough with it, you should keep well within the recommended limits or risk pinch flats.
