1. the weather rarely is as bad as promised. many, many times you will miss a great ride if you listen to the weather man and let it sway you.
2. supposed to be bad today in Dells area, hasn't happened yet.
3. rain is supposed to stop tonight, by 11 it will be dry.
4. snow may be mixed with rain but will not stick.
5. if the road is wet, start one minute after the pac and time trial the distance.
6. pump up tires to max pressure or a little more if wet, some people mistakenly think low inflation is better.
7. wet roads are really not that bad, wet painted lines are a *****.
8. if it is cool, don't wear too much, scope out the comp and match their clothing. should be freezing you azz off at the start to be comfortable for one hour of max effort.
