i live about 10 minutes from Long Beach Island here in NJ, i get to enjoy the beach in the off season, i let the tourist run wild this time of year, come september, i take back what is mine.

now on to the vacation, i just got back from an Alaskan cruise, left out of Seattle, then to Juneau Alaska, Skagway Alaska, Victoria British Columbia, Seattle. it was a great vacation, i did not take the bike, did not workout at all, it was actually nice to take a break from it all and just relax.
