Would not be the best bike for my 19 mi o/w semi-hilly commute, even though I am intrigued by the idea of a drop bar IGH bike.

Would be even better as a commuter if it had drum brake hubs, like the Torker Graduate. Pretty sure I could absolutely not resist getting one if it came with drum hubs. With the caliper brakes... just as soon build one from scratch when the right frame comes my way. For it to work on my commute, I'd want a frame with a derailleur hanger so I could mount a tensioner and run front shifting off two chainrings.

Sounds like a perfect commuter at a decent price for flat to moderately hilly locale.
