Decent bike to make a in town commuter and 22 in a mtn is a good size for your height. Make sure the shifters work. Index Thumb shifters are prone to jamming. It rides perfect offer $90. if the shifter screw up offer $70. you can buy grip shifts for $20. If it has no rust and works good it is worth what he is asking but waving cash you can often get cheaper. I'd jump on it if you want a Mtn to start commuting on. Thats a tough bike with decent wheel.
