You could also do a restore on the Peugot just to sell it. Its nice to be able to advertise a bike in restored condition, and it might appeal to a wider audience. If you get a Brooks for it, wrap the bars, overhaul everything, etc., and take beautiful outdoor pictures, you'll maximize the price.

I'd recommend cloth bar wrap, coated with clear shellac, as it gives the most vintage look, which is what you're going for with a bike like that.
