There's a chromer in Newark, NJ. I don't know the name but you should be able to find them through the yellow pages. I didn't use him for chrom plating but they dechromed some Harley parts and polished them. Came out great. I wanted to get a dirtbike frame chromed and was quoted (by numberous companies) about $1000. I would guess a bicycle frame would cost somewhere around $4-500 +shipping if you had to ship it. So yeah, an already chromed frame would save you money bigtime.
