a neighbor has me fixing up what appears to be a very rare bike-but I can't find anything on it.

it is a chrome frame..26" wheel single speed cruiser...very light-has to be a chrome-moly frame. it has all anodized blue parts on it-sugino mighty crank,blue rims, blue pro neck stem. yellow "Star Cruiser" stickers...blue rear handbrake..on the bottom of the down tube an ingot-sized square has been brazed on
-it says anahiem,calif. 1981...it says the frame is made by something like Bellinger Headers

it has blue mild high rise bars...it's very much in the bmx style.

it seems this bike must be rare...does anyone know anything about it?
