Need a second opinion: Should I get a 09 GT Gutterball?

Hey guys. I found this guy who owns a local bike shop and he offered to sell me a Size Small 09 GT Gutterball, Brand New, Not Assembled for $375

This would be my first singlespeed/fixed gear bike.

I was wondering if this bike a good deal?
And if it's a reasonable size for me? I am 5'7
