I did my longest ride so far today (35 miles - just started roading in May). Today I felt some numbness in my left hand/forearm... and left foot.

I did a search but there's so many threads. Most suggest new saddle, new shorts...

Will tilting the front of the seat help? Sounds like I'm putting too much pressure on the Perineum. I have a 2009 Fuji Cross Comp. "UltraLite racing saddle. Is that a cheap, crappy saddle?
