Will tilting the front of the seat help? Sounds like I'm putting too much pressure on the Perineum. I have a 2009 Fuji Cross Comp. "UltraLite racing saddle. Is that a cheap, crappy saddle?
This doesn't sound like a saddle problem, which comes into contact with your ass, not your arm, hand or foot. It sounds like you haven't ridden enough to allow your body to become used to what you are putting it through. Keep riding, and perhaps you need to put in lots of shorter rides for now.
