Sort of.. Just got sized for the frame, and I adjusted saddle length on my own. I moved the saddle back a tad, and tilted it down 1 notch. I'll find out if there is a difference on tomorrow's ride, but just sitting on it in the garage, it felt about the same. I don't have straps on my pedals and my shoes are not tight.

I would think too much pressure on the Perineum would decrease circulation to the legs? Doubt it about the arm. I've done a couple 20 and 25 mile rides. Today was the first day I noticed the numbness.
