So, my 1st Tri attempt is next Sunday (the 13th) when do you start to taper? Some have said I shouldn't be working out at all after this Sunday.
Others say that I should have hard workouts this weekend, and then not workout past Wednesday. Then I read in my Lifetime Fitness magazine that I should workout (moderately) up until the Friday before?
I'm so confused.... what should I do to ensure that a. I don't lose any of the stamina that I have built b. don't exhaust myself so I don't have anything for Tri day c. avoid looking like a total fool (well, I do anyway, but just in the Tri world
