Depends on which fork do you have:

Wound-Up: 45mm
Wound-Up Duo: 44mm
True Temper Alpha Q X2: 44mm
Co-Motion's OEM Cromo: 50mm

Note, squeak, squeak can come from a lot of places... What makes you suspect the fork?
