Nothing yet to indicate an issue with the quality of the saddle.

Numbness in the hands and forearms is a result of putting too much weight on the hands. This can be caused by the saddle being tilted to far forward thus causing you to continuously push your body weight back. Over short distances you may not notice but after 1.5 hours this will become more apparent. I had a similar issue that was caused by a frame that was too small, a stem that was too low, and a seat that was too high.

Numbness in the feet IMO is almost certainly caused by incorrect shoe choice. If you were wearing cycling shoes and cleats I would say cleat placement. So to correct get a good cycling shoe, a good pedal, and ensure you spend the time or get the help needed to get a good cleat placement. You'll get lots of miles out of you cycling pedals and shoes so think of it as pennies/km.

Here is a good article on fit: http://www.peterwhitecycles.com/fitting.htm
