There is now a recall of 12 million 'Shrek' glasses that McDonalds' was giving away, due to the presence of cadmium, a heavy metal, in the painted decoration. Apparently one of the people who found the cadmium was an amateur sleuth using an off-the-shelf handheld metals analyzer. Who wants to pick one of these babies up to test out frames and components?

I have no idea on price but I doubt Mrs Al will think this is a useful tool for the household.
