requerido al conductor de la bicicleta en el inciso (k).
Toda persona que viole las disposiciones de este Artículo incurrirá en
falta administrativa y será sancionada con multa de cincuenta (50) dólares,
excepto cuando por imprudencia temeraria, el conductor se vea envuelto en
un accidente que envuelva daño físico o material a otra persona o su
propiedad; tal actuación consistirá en delito menos 1 grave y, convicto que
fuere, será sancionado con multa de no menos de doscientos cincuenta
dólares ($250), ni mayor de quinientos dólares ($500) cuando medien
circunstancias agravantes por negligencia.” Artículo 4.Esta Ley comenzará
