Apparently it is beyond you. I have my rear brake cable in the exact same place you do, and I mounted the bracket in a couple of minutes, and I have no problems with the zip ties compressing the cable, as the design prevents the zip ties from even touching the cable. I'm not even an engineer of any variant, nor am I particularly mechanically inclined, and I had no problem, same as thousands of other people. It's not a stretch to see that you are particularly inept at anything other than trolling.
