Unless my reading is faulty, riding from 6 pm to 6 am without reflective gear would be prohibited by law. Though "outlawed" does add emotional loading, it seems a substantially correct representation. Unless the law goes further to define
reflecting devices, a spot of reflective tape could save riders fifty dollars. The helmet requirement might be tougher.
