Me hysterical? hardly. The guy who posted the original thread about this in the commuting forum: maybe. He apparently had about as good a command of the written English language as you, so I made a thread about his problem here in A&S, where it belongs.

My understanding based on that particular thread was that this law had been passed, I guess I misunderstood. I didn't really take much time to read into the issue, it was just about dinner time!

As for someone else making the distinction between something being "outlawed" and being "subject to a hefty fine", well thats really just splitting hairs, isn't it?
