Thanks for all the replies, and yes, I do feel fortunate finding it. Especially since I had no idea what the heck the thing was. To me it was just an old bike..

I think the dumpster it was in, might have been some apartment-complex clearing out cellars / attics. There was weird stuff in there..
Some other bike parts too, but the dumpster is gone now..

So now i need to get the stem fixed without ruining the Magistroni parts, and the crank too.. It's not running very smooth..
