You can go 100+ miles on a one-day ride now; it's in the rules. Generally, you can go about as far in a long day as you typically go over the course of a week, but obviously need to pace yourself. Anyway, it sounds like you have a lot to be proud of.

That's actually a good rate to be losing weight. I'm probably shedding about as much as you are, and wish I could just be "done" already ... but having it come off at a healthy pace is a good thing.
