I'm looking to buy a new bike for this summer and I was looking at this, at BD.

http://www.bikesdirect.com/products/.../kilott_wt.htm ...If you have any suggestions for a strong/smooth riding bike. Please let me know. ( I would like the purchase off BD because of their low cost)

Does anyone have any feedback for this? I may be tricking on this and upgrading the wheel set as well.

And how good is BD, is there customer service good and reliable?
