No, they're 700c wheels. Now in retrospect, I'm seeing the brain fart here. Like I mentioned in the last post, my mechanical familiarity with bikes stems from my BMX days - I have a tendency to view all "adult" bikes as being 26" bikes. That was the way people referred to 10-speeds and what not growing up, and that mind set stuck. I realize now that there is a slight difference and a bit of incompatibility between 26" bikes and ones with 700c wheels, lol.

So again, I'm learning as I go. On the bright side, I'll have fun re-reading this thread in a few months and laughing at my naivete
