I agree with the "ride harder" argument. You're diet seems fairly lean right now (although I agree that you should replace all the sugar with fruit and vegetables). I think it's easier to get a calorie deficit by riding harder while maintaining a familiar diet compared to changing your eating habits (which aren't that bad).
I also ride about 250km a week and I weigh 65kg. But I take in probably 500 more calories a day. My typical diet:
* Breakfast: oatmeal & 1 egg
* Snack: fruit or occasional banana bread
* Lunch: Turkey sandwich (mayo, mustard, cheese, etc...) & a bowl of soup.
* Snack: fruit, nuts, occasional cookie
* Dinner: Lots of rice/mashed potatoes/pasta, green vegetables, 1 portion of chicken/steak/pork chops. (And I like my meat with fat. None of that lean crap).
* Before bed: 1 bowl of cereal. It's a bad habit but I really enjoy it. If I start to gain weight consistently I just cut this out and that usually does the trick.
* I also love dark chocolate and usually eat 2-3 small pieces a day.
