50-100 a week. In the last month, 100% on C&V. I'd say it'll be 90% C&V because sometimes, you have to give in to carbon madness. One weekend a month, I go long solo, minimum 3 hours.
Like poguemahone, I don't have a cyclo. Maybe never will. Didn't wear a watch to run 5k's, 10k's, either; the guys at the end all seemed to have that covered.
