I have a question about mounting a rear rack on a bike without eyelets or braze-ons. I know that there are nice p-clamps that allow one to easily attach the rack to the seatstays (e.g.

The stays in question are titanium, so I'm not worried about strength or about scratching any paint. In the past I've used a rack that mounted only on the seatpost, but it has a low weight limit, and I want to be able to carry two full panniers.
Thanks for any help.
