I would go with option #1 if I were you. No offense, but at your weight the extra 160 gms over the Pro+ is not going to be significant. I wouldn't worry about the extra cadence sensor, I have a the sensor but haven't bothered to mount it as the PowerTap cadence seems to work fine.

Be careful with option 3 if the powertap has 10,000km on it as eventually the bearings wear out and you generally need to send it back to Saris to have these replaced for $300.
