a guy I know is about 6'2-6'3 and rides a 56cm s2. it has 14cm stem and a couple of miles of seat post but it allows him to get in the position he wants. which is lower on the tops than I get in the drops, but thats why hes a c1 and i'm a c5 amongst other things. Nothing absurd about it though.
