That's totally okay. If I cannot find what I need, I may lose interest, too. I am not throwing down $2+k for an experimental bike.
I may just keep my eyes open as I run around town, stop into Salvation Army, go to local shops during my sumer vacation travels. You never know when you're going to find "it".
