My LBS carries 3 main brands. Bianchi, Raleigh and Scott. Ocassionaly they carry Lightspeed but they mostly have them for orders. My bike mechanic said for the price range he likes the Raleigh Super Course which has a Carbon Fork and Seat Stays. The owners brother that works there said he was real suprised how fast and light the Scott Speedster S3 is which is allum. I would love to be able to get a Scott CR1 however a better alum bike may be what I have to settle for there in the $1500 and under range. Thanks for the info
