Hi T'man: Long time no hear....BTW, the action started in my gluing tubular thread between R'Fan and the OP of the deleted tubular thread. http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...-Tubular-Tires IMO, the deleted thread had the post of the year by the thread's OP. IMO, there was nothing what so ever wrong in that thread that deserves deletion in that it broke no BF rules that I could see. Unlike other threads that have been noted by others. The criticism was of the information being promulgated by OP by forum members that have been riding and racing on tubies for tens of years and not directed at OP. Meaning there were no personal attacks. And it was not like the campy versus shimano where my campy is better than your shimano. It was just wrong information being stated by OP about the features and benefits of tubular tires. I agree with R'Fan that there is a lot of wrong information on BF but that is nothing new. It does seem we have more on the 50+ than usual. I figure most members are smart enough to see the facts from the BS.
