Exhaustion, dehydration and garbage you ate.

I got a bit of a heat stroke while riding few years ago, and it wasn't fun. We were far from home, couldn't find any proper food. Some people generously gave us a ride part way, and I ended up laying on the grass by a gas station eating 4 bananas and drinking 1.5 litre bottle of water. After about an hour I was ready to ride home. Slowly. Still, it was kind of scary and I won't let it happen again. I always have plenty of water, gatorade and some food with me. I don't eat fast food, so always make sure to have to have something in case I can't find any proper food. And I know now that I can't take too much heat so try to avoid riding when it's very hot.

Glad you feel fine now, you may want to pop over to the doctor just to make sure there's nothing else going on. Better safe than sorry.
