In all seriousness, wherever carbon meets metal or another carbon part (headset, handlebars, seatpost), it can creak like that. Sometimes it's a matter of retightening nuts and bolts, sometimes it requires a light layer of lubrication on the contact areas. The other common possibility is the wheel quick release levers need tightened.

My stem would slip until I got the torque sorted. A sickening noise.
