Not sure I'd agree with that. There are several factors that have to be considered together - temperature, clothing, level of hydration, humidity, work load and, maybe most important, individual variability and overall physical condition.

Since we don't have much of that information, it's hard to say what temperature could result in the effects the OP experienced.
