Diet and sodium level

I rarely eat out, we only had 4 very small chicken nuggets each, and split a small fry. I goggled
that on the sodium level, almost exact symptoms. Blood work probably will not be back till around Wednesday or Thursday. The heat has never really been a big factor for me, grew up
in FL, cut my grass on 100 degree days with push mower, go biking, hiking, just always drink plenty of fluids, and if I feel to hot. just soak my head and neck down with some water and rest a little...My daughter was not feeling any heat symptoms, and never had biked that far before,
but does run track at school. Her rear end was sore though..LOL..at least that part on me felt
fine..but I do normally dress correctly for the heat as she was, not a black heavy shirt and blue jeans..Thanks, for all the ideas. The strangest thing I have every seen happened last night around 9:30, my son and I was going on a night time rural road ride and there was a deer
standing on the side of the road, we stopped with in 10 feet of him, little buck with 4" felt horns. My son said you think I can touch him, deer was just eating grass on the side off the road, I said no way, well he gets off his bike, he has a headlamp on his helmet starts walking up to the deer real slowly with his hand out, you can tell the deer is a little nervous, so is my son, he just stops with his hand out, finally deer starts walking up to him, starts to lick his fingers, my son starts to rub his head. After a couple minutes of this, I said let me get the video camera, we were 1 mile from the house. I rode like wind, and just as I was almost there I seen him coming down the road. He said I just mist it by like one minute, about 3 cars had stopped and was talking to my son, he told them I had gone after the camera. He said the people were AMAZED ! We had even talked before the ride about bringing it but thought it would be to dark, but with both bike lights, and helmet lamps and as close as we were, we mist a shot of a life time, but made a memory for ever.....
