Hello all,
I am getting back into ridding again for like the 5th time in 15 years. I think I can do it this time, better time schedule and resources this time. I am resurrecting a 93 Giant Perigee road bike and a 94 Specialized Rockhopper to get started again. I began at a weight of approx. 317.5 on May 9th. I am still repairing the bikes, dry rotted tires an lube. I am at 287.6 today from walking jogging intervals on a track.

I am sure lusting for the new model road bikes they look great, but I will stick to these until I see that i am going to stick with it this time. BTW, I am currently 46 years old.

I made up my mind to lose this weight and attended a weight loss surgery seminar. I learned a lot, such as that a perment restriction is required to loose the weight, but I did not want to alter my body. So i decided that I would place the restriction on intake and loose the weight.
