Finally got my hands on a GIOS that i purchased and had stored for a few weeks. with a good clean up, i got the pitting off the forks and chain stay, and replenished the grip in 'tennis' white with a white san marco regal to compliment. I must say i really like this bike! not sure of its age yet, but i'm pretty certain its a compact from around 2000-ish. any eagle-eyed ID welcome, as it's been repainted by the previous owner. It was the flat blue, and he got all excited about the more 'electric' blue that GIOS offered, and went with that. bottom bracket was grinding like a barista so i've replaced that and now she's ready to roll. A good racer to keep my Carlton Raleigh off the streets a bit. anyways, pics because it did happen!
