Clean it up you can sell that for a minimum of $160 even with chipped up paint.
I find that I like to ride my bikes a little large. It naturally puts the bars up a bit higher. You might give that bike a spin for a could weeks.
I have a deal with myself to keep the fleet to a reasonable level. If I find an interesting bike for a good price I will ride it for a while and see if I fall in love with it. Then one of the others has to go. I keep 3 in my permanent collection and no more but I have 3-4 "interesting" bikes at any given time.
